Summerlicious is in full swing and The Fifth’s culinary team is hard at work prepping for service. Our menu uses the freshest ingredients, from local heirloom carrots and Wellington County beef tenderloin to Mediterranean branzino and sardines. Gnocchi and all pastas are made in-house by Chef Rob.
